• Select an existing garment that you would like to have hand embroidered and select an embroidery style via the shop.

    Our embroiderers work with shirts, shawls, denim jackets, tableware, bed linen, trousers and linen.

    For the best work, we recommend cotton, denim, linen or silk materials. Don’t send anything stretchy or too light as these materials are not suitable.

  • You post or drop off your garment to the ODE drop off point in London.

    • Our latest dates are listed on our home page.

    • Allow around eight weeks for it to be returned.

  • Three or four times a year we take items to the Beirut to our embroiderers in the Bourj al-Barajneh camp in Beirut.

  • We discuss the patterns and colours in detail with the embroiderers, while leaving them with creative license to express themselves.

    Larissa and Jana’s expert embroiderers will choose a design for your garment.

    If you have specific colours or patterns in mind you can specify at check out or contact us to discuss ideas.

  • We send your garment back to you.

    Each piece takes time and thought and will be returned to you on the following pick up/drop off cycle.

Can I chose the colours of my design?

You can fill out colour preferences on the form and call us to speak about any ideas you have before hand. We are here to help.

When do I need to order by?

We usually have 3 or 4 collection times a year for clothes drop offs:

  • 11 April 2025

  • 6 June for summer 2025

  • 1 August for A/W 2025

  • 3 October for Christmas 2025

  • 6 February for spring 2026

How long does it take to receive my item back?

We aim for eight weeks.
