Select an existing garment that you would like to have hand embroidered and select an embroidery style via the shop.
Post your garment to us
You post or drop off your garment to the LVPx drop off poin in London.
We take your garment to Beirut
Three times a year we take items to the Beirut to our embroiderers in the Bourj al-Barajneh camp in Beirut.
Our artisans craft your piece
We discuss the patterns and colours in detail with the embroiderers, while leaving them with creative license to express themselves.
We send your garment back to you.
Each piece takes significant time and thought.

Our next drop off deadline is the 1st of October 2023.
Items will be returned in time for Christmas.

Selecting your item
Our embroiderers work with shirts, shawls, denim jackets, tableware, bed linen, trousers and linen.
For the best work, we recommend cotton, denim, linen or silk materials. Don’t send anything stretchy or too light as these materials are not suitable.

Posting your item
Once you’ve filled in and attached the information form to your garment, you will post or drop it off at one of our four centres.
You will receive a printable download link to fill in a form and pin it to your item before posting to one of our drop off addresses in London, Beirut, Vienna or Zug.
Taking your item to Beirut
We make 3 trips per year to drop your items at Alsama studio in Beirut. Please be aware of theses deadlines:
Our next drop off deadline is the 20th of June 2021.
Items dropped off or posted before then will be returned July 2021 in time for Summer.
Following deadlines

Post/drop off your item before:
1st February 2023
Your item will be returned May 2022.
For Summer
Post/drop off your item before:
1st May 2023
Your item will be returned July 2022.
For Christmas/NYE
Post/drop off your item before:
1st October 2023
Your item will be returned December 2022.

Larissa and Alsama’s expert embroiderers will choose a design for your garment.
